I think I've found our new favourite chippy! Called in on my way home yesterday around 8.30 and the food was beautiful. I tried the gyros which was amazing and the chips were lovely too. Lovely friendly service, Will definitely return.

This was our first visit to this fish and chips shop. They have plenty of food to choose from. We decided on the large battered cod and chips. The fish was freshly fried for us and there was a generous portion of chips. It was really good and the batter on the fish was really crispy. We both really enjoyed it. The staff were very pleasant too.

We recently moved to Streetly and have been to Blackwood Fish Bar a couple of times. The food has been perfect both times, staff seem friendly, the man was more than happy to put some extra fish cakes in to cook for me, and so far have no complaints at all! Hard to find a really good chip shop these days, so nice to find one less than 3 minutes from my house!

We live about 4 miles away from the chippy and I wouldn't go anywhere else , quality of the food is top notch the shop and staff are immaculately spotless . Great friendly service . I would rate this an easy 10/10.
